Where are the best ski resorts in Europe?

burton235 asked:

I want to go skiing in Europe, I would like to know which are the best and how they stack up to the Canadian rockies. Also, I would also like to know which resorts have good night life, because skiing without drinking is not fun.

St Johann in Tirol, Austria .Plus St. Anton, Austria. But Verbier, Switzerland. Boasts some of the steepest and deepest off-piste skiing in Europe.

If you want the BEST snow you should go to France (www.valthorens.com,, Val De’siere).
They have huge ski resort with more the 400 miles! of ski runs.

If you wish the BEST night life – go to Austria (Tirol).

The best ski resort in Europe in my opinion is Ischgl in Austria. The night life is very good.plus they have live concerts on the slopes. It’s great. Then I would recommend you Solden which is also in Austria, there’s a glacier…..then Zell am See and Kaprun which also has the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The slopes are great but the night life not very wild. Good luck.
