Why is management a more important factor sucess for ski resorts now, compared to 20-30 years ago?

    Management is always important in any business, because they are decision maker.
    They can make the company bankrupt like Lehman brothers/xl.com
    or they can make the company profitable.

    it is important that you sellect proper management team for your company from proper management background.
