Sorry… but real pros haven’t taught that beginner ski technique since 1982. Do you see expert skiers skiing in a snowplow? Of course not! The correct speed control key is TURN SHAPE. Skis should be guided in SAME direction, out of the fall line and up hill, even in if a wedge… NEVER in opposite direciton and straight down the fall line.
If you learn this technique you run the risk of becoming a terminal intermediate skier.

@treasureyourself its up to you.. when i did it for the fired time…i did it with poles then after a bit try with out then ski wich ways best for you..for me its with poles hehe.

@nerdgetown yea because its easyer and you can **** and still look like you have steez when you realy dont where as when u ski you need to be good inorder to have the steez … go sit in the middle of the run now and let me run you over….
