Layer shirts under your insulated water proof jacket and wear leggings or long johns under sweat pants under your water proof ski pants.

Snowpants. Jasje. Vacht, dikke sjaal die uw mond en neus behandelt. Hoed die volledig uw oren behandelt. Dikke handschoenen en beschermende brillen.
Goed Geluk!

wear lots of layers, and a moisture wicking base layer (no cotton) like under armour..if you don’t have that, wear something with a high polyester content so you won’t be sitting in cold sweat. Usually any waterproof/wind resistant winter coat will do (down is best) .. wear long johns and sweat pants under your ski/snow pants. Warm waterproof gloves (mittens are actually warmer than gloves), hat that covers your ears, warm socks of course. A gaiter/neck warmer is a must!! Also, bring along those little heat packs to put in your gloves/boots (found at walmart, sporting goods stores, outdoor equipment etc). Make sure your ski boots aren’t extremely tight, because it can cut off blood flow to your feet more easily than you think. **Also, bring an extra pair of warm gloves and socks!!
Stay warm!

layers starting with not cotton on the skin because that gets wet with sweat and you will freeze. You want the moisture to wick away from you. Dress shirts are not the thing to wear. You are skiing. You are expected to wear wool or acrylic/wool combination with a down filled jacket which has a nylon skin to stop the wind from blowing in. It is a matter of experimentation with what you got to find out what works the best. Have good gloves and where a wool cap or Touque on your head as 60% of the heat leaves thru you head.
