what kind of exercises to warm up for a skiing trip?
Someone Else asked:
I’m going on a two day skiing trip in a week. I haven’t been skiing in years and do remember it was pretty physically demanding. I am in pretty good shape, work out probably 4-5 days a week, but is there anything I can specifically do to prepare for the trip? Certain muscles or exercises?

What i do is before i get onto the lift I stretch. I unclip on boot and swing it back and forth a few times same with the other one. Then i put one ski up and try to reach for it, same with the other one. I then pull my ski back and try to get it over my shoulder almost like a flamingo

Well, I’d say anything that involves your legs and arms. Just “twist” your arms/legs someway until you feel that it sort of burns/hurts, but don’t let it hurt too much! Running would be good…..you can go like on Google or ask.com or YouTube and watch ways to exercise.=)
